• Mistakes. Tell us the laptop, what’s wrong and, if you can, a link to the manufacturer’s page that shows the right detail. We fix confirmed errors quickly.
• A result that seems off. Copy the link from your results page and tell us what you expected. It shows us exactly what you answered.
• A laptop we’re missing. Send us the model name or a link to it.
• Anything else. Questions about the site, privacy requests or press.

What we can’t help with

We can’t fix laptops, help with orders or handle returns. For anything about an order, contact Amazon or the seller. For a fault, contact the manufacturer.
